**Non-Resident (out of State/Houston/San Antonio, etc.) $45.00 per adult, membership is discounted if you join the club during March 1 to May 31**

RELEASE WAIVER & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

 

**Non Resident Membership: Qualifying members must reside outside of the Metroplex and surrounding areas or reside outside of the State of Texas. Non-Resident Members will be considered financial for all club trips. However, they will be required to pay full ticket price for any Club functions. No member living in the Metroplex or surrounding areas can apply for Non-Resident status. This is a courtesy offering to members of other ski clubs and out of state/area Texas Ski Rangers. family and friends wishing to travel with the Club.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I understand it is incumbent upon me as a member when participating in any Texas Ski Rangers club event to do so in a manner which will not be a threat to the safety of myself or others. I have voluntarily applied for membership with the TEXAS SKI RANGERS. I am aware that skiing is a hazardous activity and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death. In the event of any injury or death to myself or any of my family at any Texas Ski Rangers sponsored event, including skiing, I hereby agree that neither I nor my heirs, guardians, legal representatives, or assigns will sue, make claim against, attach property of, or prosecute Texas Ski Rangers, its officers, directors, or agents for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, however caused, by an officer, director, employee, agent, or contractor of Texas Ski Rangers, as a result of my participation and do hereby release and forever discharge Texas Ski Rangers, its officers, directors and agents from any actions, claims of demands now, have, or may hereafter have for any injury or damage resulting from out participating in any Texas Ski Rangers sponsored activity. I also understand a $25.00 fee will be charged by Texas Ski Rangers and paid by me to the Texas Ski Rangers for any check unpaid by my bank, for any reason.

 

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set forth by the Texas Ski Rangers. Texas Ski Rangers reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant. All fees are non refundable.
