Welcome!

The Texas Ski Rangers is a chapter of the Rocky Mountain Region of the National Brotherhood of Skiers, Inc. (NBS). The Texas Ski Rangers (TSR) is a non-profit adult social club run by its members and for its members.

The Texas Ski Rangers is oriented towards active adults 21 years or older. Our membership at TSR is well balanced between men and women. We have a strong youth program and were recognized by the NBS for our excellence with the 2007 NBS Spirit Award.

Even though a majority of our members are single, we welcome couples and families. Whatever your interests are, we are confident you will find others that share your interests when you become a part of our club.

The Texas Ski Rangers sponsor activities all year with its primary concentration on winter activities and ski trips. The Club is dedicated to enhancing the skills and enjoyment of members involved in the sport. In addition to winter activities, we also have several non-sporting events which include the annual Leather and Lace Dance, fashion shows, family picnics, lake-outings and joint participation in social events with other area organizations, just to name a few.

There are also a number of initiatives scheduled for the 2008 season. More information will follow at the beginning of the year. If you have any questions, please contact us. Welcome back.

Coming soon you'll be able to sign up for new membership and renew existing membership through this website. Our first task is handling all existing members and ensuring that no issues exist with their membership. Once the application goes live on the website, simply complete the membership application process and wait. Look for more information to be provided soon.

Ski With Us

Every season thousands of people try skiing for the first time. Skiing with the Texas Ski Rangers makes for a memorable and enjoyable experience. Since many of the trips and activities are jointly planned with other NBS clubs, meeting other skiers from around the country only adds to the experience.

With our roots in providing some of the best skiing and snowboarding adventures in and outside of the country, TSR members have had the opportunity to ski and snowboard in such venues as Banff in Alberta, Canada; Big Sky, MT; Steamboat Springs, CO; and Park City, UT just to name a few.

Members also have the opportunity to jet-away with us to the some of the best slopes in the U.S., Canada and abroad.
